Salina Sideboard

The sideboard companion to the Salina Woven Bookcase, built in the same pale oak with the same waterfall edge: the top turns down over each end in a single radius, so the case has no corner where top meets side.

Four doors sit set back within the frame, each holding a panel of hand-woven natural fiber in a close diagonal weave, framed in oak. Across the full length, the weave gives the front a warm, even texture that hides whatever is stored behind it.

Slim bar pulls in aged brass are paired at the center of each pair of doors. Beneath, a recessed plinth lifts the case just clear of the floor.

Set below a screen, along a dining room wall, or beside the Salina bookcase, it carries the same quiet, coastal character.

Dust the oak with a soft dry cloth, following the grain. Dust the woven panels with a soft brush and keep them dry; blot any spill at once. Wipe the brass with a dry cloth only. Use coasters and mats on the top, and keep the sideboard out of direct sun, which changes the tone of oak and natural fiber over time.
