Made-to-order pieces

Furniture, upholstery and stone are made to order and ship in 8–12 weeks. You'll hear from us when your piece enters production, and again when it's ready to schedule delivery.

White glove delivery

Complimentary on orders over $6,000, throughout the continental United States.

Our team brings your piece into the room of your choice, assembles it as required, and removes all packaging. We'll contact you to arrange a delivery window in advance.

On orders under $6,000, white glove delivery is [$___].

Before your piece arrives

Boxed dimensions are listed on every product page. Measure your doorways, stairwells, elevators and any tight turns before you order, and check ceiling heights on stairs.

This is the most common delivery problem and the easiest to avoid. If you're unsure, send us your measurements and we'll tell you whether it will work.

Please make sure the room is clear and accessible on the day. Our team can't move existing furniture or remove doors.

On delivery

Inspect your piece while our team is present and note anything visible on the delivery receipt before signing. If you discover damage afterwards, contact us within 14 days with photographs and we'll repair or replace at no cost.

Smaller items

Bedding, tableware, lighting, hardware and accessories ship by standard courier in [___] business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Samples

Material samples ship in 5–7 days. $5, refunded against your order.
