Made-to-order pieces

Most of what we sell is made to order, in the material, finish and configuration you choose. Cancel within 48 hours of ordering for a full refund with no fee. After 48 hours, fabrication has begun and the order cannot be cancelled, altered, returned or exchanged.

Natural variation

Our pieces are made from natural materials. Marble and other natural stone vary in veining, color and figure from block to block. Wood varies in grain and takes finish differently from board to board. Leather carries the marks of the hide. These are characteristics of the material, not defects, and are not grounds for return or exchange. We strongly recommend requesting samples before ordering.

Plumbing, lighting and mounted hardware

Cannot be returned or exchanged once installed, connected to water, or mounted.

Non-furniture items

Bedding and textiles, tableware, decorative accessories, mirrors, bath accessories and switches may be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Contact us first for a return authorization. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee applies and return shipping is at your expense.

Final sale.

Damage

Inspect your piece on delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Damage not noted on the receipt is not covered. Report concealed damage within 14 days with photographs and we will repair or replace at no cost.

Delivery fees are non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturing defect or transit damage.
